Yes, it is the Gillian Quest that will allow you to get the Crusade Trait if you are a paladin.
One little advice: go do the Gillian Quest as soon as you start Shurugeon Castle. Go back to town, get crusade, come back and finish Shurugeon... You should come out of there about 10-12 lvl higher than when you started... a real bonus.
