The last monkey idol is behind one of the coin doors.
Here is a good hint that is easy to remember for the coin puzzle if you don't want the spoilers. I never used the spoilers and the first time through I was overwhelmed with the multiple combinations. When I figured out this trick, it saved me hours of testing each combination.
One door opens with only one lever down. (Eyes lit up.)
Two doors open with two levers down.
Three doors open with three levers down.
