Go back to Anephas and head off to that room you should have seen earlier - which was completely in ruins - there was a door in there that you could not open. After you have raised Anephas - he should have opened that door for you and that is your exit to the Lost Sea.
If the door isn't open - talk to Anephas again - you haven't hit upon the keyword yet to trigger the door to open!
