Ok - I am having trouble with the buildings in the first town... Can only access the left gate, tavern, inn, armory and temple... The others just don't highlight... Why?

System Config

Athlon 1.4ghz - 256mb DDR Ram (PC2100)
Voodoo5 AGP Video - SB Live X-Gamer Sound
30gig HD (uncompressed) - Pioneer 16x40 DVD Player
Sigma Hollywood+ DVD Decoder - 3com 10/100 Ethernet
16x10x40 CD-RW

OS - Windows XP Professional
DirectX - Whatever comes with XP (8.0a I think - ugh)

Any clues as to why I can't access these buildings?
