Coachschwartz, YES.

In the game window, click on the computer icon in the lower left side of the screen (the Options screen). When the screen changes, click on "Graphics". On Graphics Mode, choose "Software." It'll reset everything for you and tell you that the setting will be updated the next time you start the game.

Completely exit the game, then restart. It should be good to go. Try it out and see if you're still crashing.

Also: check the Internet to see if there's any updated drivers for your card. The site http://www.driverguide.com/ may be of some use to you.
