The other way may be this: the character begins as Wizard (and gets Stone magic), than becomes a ranger (to get Vine spells) or/and paladin (to get Spirit magic). He won't be a priest, of course, but still will have the same spells.
For the priest the only way will be changing to Zenmaster or Valkyrie, just as Ryanamur said.
