A way out of the dungeon (if you don't want to face Miss Adrianna again yet) is to go through the same passage from the bridge, but hang to the right. You'll find a room full of werebeasts and Goshin, the giant the Warrior's guild guy wants you to kill for his shield. It's also an alternative exit.
Another way: go back to the room where you got the Lich's key (the Key of Bone to get into him, the one with all the death heads flying across the room) and exit out the back way. You'll come eventually to the room with the poison lake and the swinging pendulums. You'll probably get poisoned, but it's another way out.
