Throg: There are some problems with teleporting in the Lost Sea area. The three areas it seems to work are:
1) Just outside the Shrine of Anephas' rear exit (where the pirates are)
2) Near the 2nd altar of Serran in the far southern area
3) The entrance to the Isle of Sands (far western side)
These are 3 places that I personally have gotten to work with a teleport. I'm not sure of the others; but I have flubbed teleports in that region. So it's not you.
