Actually you can tree-surf in all three sections of the Gael Serran, and it requires only moderate athletic skill.
Approach any town gate, look up, and start jumping. It takes a little practice but you can usually pop up to the top in a couple of jumps. Then walk along the top of the wall to the trees and begin jumping among the foliage.
