When I finally beat him, I had to yank my main guy out of there when he was almost dead, and move in Minsc to help Jaheira finish the job while Kivan and Imoen pumped him full of arrows and Branwen healed up my ranger. Now I have to go back to Durlag's Tower and finish that up. I think that's the only outstanding thing left to do, except for a couple of crummy Fed Ex quests I don't need to bother with.
