I think you mean Brimloch Roon, not Ishad (too far inland). Not to be a "corrector", but it may confuse some readers.

I've had no problem finding crabs. However, I've always developed one of my character's scouting ability to level 7 or 8, so they alert the party when crabs are about. It's then just a question of diving and finding them. They generally come in groups of 3's.

I've had my best successes with them right around the Brimloch Roon harbor, and the waters around Skull Island.
