"Dragon Fire" is the default icon on it...I assume you have an invokable trait already, such as "Cloak of Night" or "Evil Eye"? Only a few traits are actually invokable that way.
If you are trying to cloak and can't get it to work, the patch may solve the problem. It may be a problem with the OS as well (I've heard a lot of problems with Win 2K on the interface buttons and towns).
