Hullos
I finally bought this game yesterday but it's a little different from most games I've played so I thought I'd ask you guys about some of the stuff, although it will probably come clear as I play along.
Do you find it rather dark as well? I know my screen has a silly brightness setting, I always play with the brightest possible but still it gets too dark at times. I looked everywhere in the game but I couldn't find a good way to make it lighter. I raised "gamma" to the max but that really didn't do the trick, it still looks strange, the chars are so bright they are white at times but still I cant see the ground in the forest. Any ideas or suggestions?
The inn/chars/saving. It seems it works a little like Bards Tale, if you remember that. It seems you can make a load of chars and keep them at the inn and pick out the ones you want to play with, right? First time I played I ran out of town and got killed by some Bone Lord, so now my inn is full of bones. I guess it's just to delete those chars and create new? Or can they be revived? If it costs money it's not really worth it since I can just make new ones. Will the game save my chars if I just dump them in the inn and quit? Is that the way you are supposed to do it? Couldn't find a save option in town, so I figured it was.
Well, sorry about the goofiness of this note, I guess I have to play some more and things will come clear.
