Know the slippery staircase, where you jump across a hole to the stairs but slip backwards into the hole? Anephas is in a chest at the top of those stairs; use the baboons on the little monkey alcove nearby.
As for the baboons's location: do wish I could remember I've got some vague feeling that they were in one of the Leprechaun's chests, up in Kerah's area...
