I don't know, Flaming Fist Enforcer, the Boots of seed could be useful. Let's say if they maybe cast entangle wherever you walk?(okay so such an item would probably be considered uber, but we could always add a speed reduction to account for the Boots need to plant the magic seed into the ground.
. okay maybe not entangle wherever you step, but perhaps the ability to cast it once or twice a day?
