I bought W&W in Australia for $99AUD = approx $141 USD, I am in New Zealand at the moment, checked out the price here and they are $90 NZD = approx $200 USD.
Both countries come with map, figurines, mini guide, manual and of course CDs. You are right tri, the map has been helpful.
