Permanent Boogreism for the Fighters? When my party discovered the cure for Boogreism, the spell casters rushed to get cured and regain their spell casting, but they debated whether they should leave the fighter in his Uh, condition. After all, he didn't cast spells, still had use of his armor and weapons and already had the intelligence of a Boogre. The extra 100 hit points was very useful for some one who usually had a target on their chest ( virtually permanent lure spells).
They conceded eventually, not because of the fighter's objections, when did a fighter ever have anything intelligent to say anyway? But spell casters can't equip a sword, the ninja will have nothing to do with any weapons and they couldn't bear the thought of a Boogre wielding the Mavin Sword and saving the world!
But curiousity may win out and some day I may try the idea of permanent Boogresism for one of my characters. I'll set him up from the beginning. He won't expect a thing! -evil chuckling-
