There is a chest inside the chamber that Mabbi Mada is in. It holds the scroll of banishing. When you present it to Adrianna, the spell fizzles on her and the other vampires turn on her. It takes them awhile to kill her, as the only spell they have that affects her is Spectral Raven. I ended up mopping the floor with all of them.
