Madig Mayberry, the evil vampiress, is down there, who may be slaughtered if you wish. You need to use the Lich's Staff on the stone face to get in there to see her. The 'Holy Relic' that you need to give to Geeezer' Ra (the old lich in the place) is there, also; in a chest placed inconveniently in a room full of lava with raised metal railings. Make sure to have lava walk before you try to get it!
