It was getting to be old hat in M&M 8. This is a pretty old game engine, and is looking decidedly dated. I will probably only play M&M IX if they completely re-do the game engine. I liked the way they have characters speak to you in Wizards & Warriors. It makes it much more interesting & realistic.
