Neo, I'm not sure that I'd really consider that Pally of Ilmater/Painbearer much of a Pally, if you've built up enough cleric levels to be a good spell caster. That's not to say that he wouldn't be a great character, just more of a glorified fighter/cleric with some of those nice, low level pally benefits.
