The Drow is the best sorc. Spell resistance and +2 cha is worth much.
The Aasimar is worth it for the +2 cha and the ability to multiclass to paladin (1 or 2 levels)which gives great saves (but makes the sorc a not so good talker).
Human can be considered if you plan on not using him as a talker because of the possibility to have intelligence of 3 and still get skills for spellcraft and concentration (but any other low-int sorc in a large party can sacrify some concentration to get enough spellcraft for the elemental feats).
The Gold dwarf and the elf has nothing special to offer but can, like any other race without negative charisma modifier, be good sorcs given the right stats and spells.
