No, I think I will browse through every dialogue file in the game and compile a comprehensive list of results, including which type of character with certain stats should speak to a particular NPC.

There are enough charisma-enhancing spells and/or items in the game that anyone can be the diplomat, even my duergar with his 5 charisma.
