Yes, NON-GOOD. As in neutral and evil alignments. That's right out of the game manual.

And the evil opposite of Holy Word, Blasphemy, affects non-evil alignments. As in good and neutral.

However you slice it, if you're neutral, you're gonna get whacked by both of these spells.
