Cleric Remix was recently expanded to Divine Remix and is (and always has been) a mod for BG2, not IWD2.
There was a 'Cleric Domains' mod released a while ago which I believe is at Spellhold Studios.
For map creation, your best bets are IETME, Near Infinity and DLTCEP... but be warned, it is hard.
