Due to some of the characters like the Blacksmith, Conlan, I would say it is more like 20 to 40 years. Unless the characters age really well. The guys kid in IWD is about 10, making him at least 30. In IWD2 he is probaly 60 or 70 years old in this one. So that would mean about 20 to 40 years after. 50 would be the most time and than Conlan gets around well for an 80 year old.
