I've finally got my new computer, so I am making the much anticipated, critically acclaimed, top 10 bestseller by the New York Times IWD2 quiz chapter 1!

Same rules as last time: PM me all answers, don't post them here. The first section is worth 1 pt each, then 2, then 3, and the bonus is awarded 5 for the best, 4 next, and down giving the first five people who get the bonus 5,4,3,2,1 points respectively.
