I am aware of the sliding scale of XP. My characters are all level 11. The ironic thing is in the next battle with in the durgar slavemaster area, I killed a spectre worth the same 412 points and it did not lay a finger on me! What i'm trying to say is the Dragons used to be one of 'THE' most feared creature in D&D. I felt really ripped off

At least make the battle hard, as it was the Wyrms with the dragons caused more problems.
