I'm playing on Shaergarne bridge. After I've killed all the orcs I go into a cave at the back of their camp. In there there's a zombie or something and whenever it comes up to me and attacks I get assertion error 261, uncompression error -5. I have downloaded and installed the patch and it hasn't fixed my problem.
Hoping someone out here can help me as I've played Baldur's Gate 1 and 2 and Icewind Dale 1 without problem and really want to play Icewind Dale 2 through to fruition.
