The sword is in the middle of the small, trapped room, on the floor. Easy to miss if you aren't careful. This is the room with the "jaws of death" doors.
When you're getting ready to leave, you poison the four basins with wyvern poison made from the stingers, so I hope you collected at least 4 of them.
