I think you are going to have a really difficult time with this battle. This is the way Bozos of Bones suggested and you may be able to manage this.

I usually use the druid lightning, static charge, thorn spray, unicorn lance tactic. You may be able to still win without any druids. Do you have any thing to protect against fear? I guess your ranger or paladin may have a spell because without protection from fear your party is doomed. After casting PoFear, spells like stone skin and haste on your best fighters. They may be able to get the job done, just have lots of healing potions and watch the text screen to see who he is attacking. When he attacks them have them move slightly away from his claws but keep him in range of the other fighters. If the wizard and Sorcerer have lower resistances, and damage spells like magic missels these will help. Magic Missels is almost a sure hit and the lower the resistance the more damage it is likely to do.
