You have 78 points at level 12. I'd assign them like this:
STR: 10(crossbow, right?)
DEX: 14(for the crossbow)
CON: 14(helps with a +2 HP per level, as well as with concentration)
INT: 10(you probably won't need it, except for the Magic Specialty feats)
WIS: 10(useless to her)
CHA: 20(sorcerer)
Or you could have 18 charisma and 12 intelligence, but higher int is for party leaders.
