You have a nice party(grade point average is 3.8 out of five on my scale), a bit fighter-heavy, but strong. I'll just be blunt, so don't hold it against me:
Character one: CHA: 16!? Fighter with 16 charisma!? Put in a 14 charisma cleric, at least he can do something usefull with the charisma and be a successfull fighter. A paladin is also not a bad choice, depending on the alignment of your party. And how did you get an uneven CON score? Are you counting the shield from the prologue?
Character two: Make him a barbarian, use only medium armor and give him a few DEX scores. He'll be more powerfull than you can imagine. Mix in a few fighter levels(4-5) and there's an excellent titanium-armored tank.
Character three: I hope you realise that this character will only wear light armor.
Character four: If you made a first character a pally, make this one a full cleric.
Character five: If you made the previous a cleric, go full rogue on this one.
Character six: Archer? You mean ranger? Steal two CHA points and add up CON or INT. How many levels do you expect to give to ranger? Why? A fighter is a far better choice, even for a bow. A ranger is practically worthless as a mage with a bow with few levels, and is practically worthless as a mage with more ranger levels. Make him a fighter 5/specialist X, a far better choice. Or even better, since she's a moon elf, you'll incour an XP penalty if you do that, so take a sorcerer.
EDIT: If you take a sorcerer, have 12 INT, and give the rest to charisma. Steal a few points from DEX too.
