The stinking cloud is very unpleseant, but they can not cast it often. I recomend coming in with a rogue or monk(for the evasion), stepping on the floor where the mechs are, and run like hell. There are four, and two have just spent their clouds. Next, go in with a tank and bash one. Two more clouds. MOve away. And then come in in strenght, full party. A though fight. Especially if you're playing a good party because

the druergar come at you if you haven't killed them.
