I know there is the guy in IWD 2 who escaped Kuldahar in IWD 1:HOW, the cheramics maker. Can't remember where to see him, but he is there.
P.S.
I heard that in IWD 1, when you collect a complete skeleton, you get something. I also heard that when you carry the dead cat you find in the first dungeon all the way to the end, you meet a character later who says something like "You brainless fool! You carried a dead cat all the way from Easthaven to here! Why? You expect some expirience for this? A quest item? You brainless fool!".
Any other easter eggs?
