Edit icewind.ini, add Cheats=1 in the [game options] section.

Open the game, bring up the comsole with ctrl + tab.

And the command prefix is changed, now you need to type

GETYOURCHEATON:EnableCheatKeys()

to enable the cheats, and you should be able to use the cheats keys the same as in BG2.
