Its not really that hard if you know how to do it correctly. Improved Invisibility rocks

I casted them on my 2 sorcerers and put one of my sorcerer just outside the room at the north door. Than I started the battle and have twice the amount of spells. Plus the monsters won't attack my sorcerers since they are invisible.
