The human bodies and the cat corpse can be used near the end of the game in one of the Severed Hand rooms for an amusing sequence (and some xp). However, it isn't crucial to do this. And as Foehammer mentioned, this sequence is possible only if you didn't kill a certain something in the goblin fortress.
So, you don't need to worry about the bodies. You can dump them if they're becoming a hassle.
