Imp. Invis is slightly buggy in the original release; you can't target someone directly who has this spell active. Dispel Magic might work. Or you could just go after Madae instead. I usually go for her myself, since she doesn't have a fireshield up.
You could also install the patch. However, the patch changes a number of things in the game, so you may not want to.
