Not that I know of. I wanted to do the same thing.

But the games arn`t really based on the same rules. IWDII uses a version of the 3`d edition DnD rules. Were IWDI uses 2nd edition.... plus the first Ice Wind Dale didn`t have the feats and skills system that the second game has.

It makes them incompatible. Unless there is a Mod out there I don`t know about.
