Go to your install file and then click on new,folder.
then rename it portraits all new portraits must be BMP style in order to work in the game nothing else will work and each portrait must be named with no more than 7 charactors and followed by the letter L for the large and the letter S for small portraits. see your manual for exact size of the large and small portraits
