1/ Actually the 3 items you need are: Bonding agent, Demon's blood and
the virulent agent , not the tainted Demon's Blood.
2/ To get a sixth (and seventh) Xvim symbol (the one you need to teleport) kill the non-hostile guardians of the crystal sphere (or whatever its name is), the ball that renders the Glabrezy unkillable.
3/ To get to the second floor in the Wizards tower you have to click on the 5 thingies in the correct order.
