I think your party is sorely missing a magic user, to which i suggest
"Robbilard", Capt Deudermont's sidekick mage.
If you really want a female, what about Lady Alustrial of Silverymoon, although to play her as a budding low lv sorceror would seem totally out of place....
As a party you are also missing a cleric..... perhaps you might like to have Brizza Baenre... HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
