Barbarian can use all armors as well as wizards.
But you will have penatly on several skills such as hiding, and you will lose certain dex bounus to your armor class.
And also, since you have such a high dex for your barbarian and ranger, you may not wear any armor at all. Instead, you can cast a mage's armor for your warriors.
I was wondering why you have your druid be so charmful. Is she/he the leader of your team?
Animal Empathy can be used by clicking on the skill button. You will find an icon with a wolf head on it. Sadly, it is not very useful.
