1. I think that it's called something like "The Adventurer's Manual" or "A Manual for Adventuring".

2. I think that it's base cost is 100k. But a high CHA character can get it for less. I think my very high CHA sorceror bought it for about 80-85k.

Then comes the really tough decision. Which character gets the 10k XP?
