For the critter stealing the food, give it the ring of nourishment. This is in the same room as Zaem's assistant. Hold down the ALT key there to find it.
Riki is on the fourth floor, in the NW. Also on the fourth floor (NE) is the infirmary where you can find the cure for the crazy woman. Be sure you speak to Roga (if you haven't already) so he mentions the infirmary; otherwise, you can't ask the cleric for the cure.
The Thay wizards are on the east side of level 2. You may have a little trouble seeing the head guy, as he is almost invisible.
