Did you every sort this out, Jinxies? I had the exact same problem...vexing. I reloaded from autosave and it seemed the same, and I was even considering the rather upsetting option of restarting amidst Dragon's Eye.

But then I rested and, in the center chamber (which I'd scoured 20 times already), a lonely little Lemure was waiting for me. Annoying, but quite a relief too!
