myungbass, what you need to do is load up the final save of that last game and then export each character individually. I did this a few days ago to restart my non-HoF party in HoF.
One Important Note: Containers and their contents are not exported. So look thru you saved up stuff and unload them into your characters' inventories. Keep all your best stuff, even if you never intend on using it. You can and will need to sell it.
Oh, yeah... your $$$ doesn't export either, so you unless you intend on cheat console'ing in your $$$, you'll need all of your saved, but obsolete stuff to convert into $$$$$.
