To get the bridge down, you have to pass the Eye of Seth. This means someone in the party has to drink the modified Histachii brew. Go find Nheero (I hope you gave him some earlier) and he'll give you the potion.
As for the exit door, that opens when you poison the four fountains. The last one is past the bridge.
