Wel you can ignore the Rogue levels as that's the Tiefling's favored class, so it won't count towards any exp. penalty.
So that leaves the other two, fighter and ranger. Basically if they get more than one level apart you'll start incurring exp. penalties. So if you were a rogue 10/fighter 2/ranger 1, you're OK - but raise the fighter class to 3rd and you'd get the exp penalty applied as now it's 2 greater than the ranger level.
I see where you're going BTW, I am thinking of making a similar character [img]smile.gif[/img] I might just go fighter/rogue and take the two weapon feats with the fighter bonus feats instead of doing the one ranger level.
